We currently deliver within the UK ONLY.
A flat postage fee of £1.99 applies to every order, shown in your basket before checkout.
Because every piece is handmade to order, please allow 3–5 working days for your order to be made and dispatched, on top of delivery time. If you need something by a specific date, contact us at [email protected] before ordering and we'll let you know if it's possible.
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2–4 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
All orders are tracked. You will be notified when your parcel is dispacted and the tracking tracking numeber will provided via email.
If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us at [email protected] and we'll look into it with the courier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund — see our Returns & Cancellations Policy.
